Runway Rehabilitation Project - July 2023
Update: October 2023- Our runway and taxiway rehabilitation is complete!
In July of 2023, KPR Engineering and HASCO, Inc. started a runway rehabilitation project on Harnett Regional Jetport's runway and taxiway. The project consists of pressure washing the runway and taxiway, applying a layer of rejuvenator which extends the life of the asphalt and darkens the asphalt to promote contrast between the asphalt and the painted markings, routing and sealing cracks in the asphalt, and repainting all painted surfaces. The project is scheduled for completion in September of 2023.
