Easter Egg Safety
It's Easter Egg Hunt time! Keep hard-cooked eggs in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Eggs should not sit out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. DO NOT EAT hard-boiled eggs used for an egg hunt or as decorations if they have been at temperatures above 40°F (4°C) for more than two hours; discard them.
