Harnett Regional Water Launches New Free Digital Water Management Portal For Customers

Harnett Regional Water has recently partnered with WaterSmart Software to launch WaterSmart, a digital portal that allows customers to access detailed information regarding their household water use.
WaterSmart is a free management portal that allows customers to:
- View & track water usage hourly, daily, and historical.
- Set notifications and alerts for potential leaks.
- Learn tips to save money on their bills.
- Compare your water usage to similar size homes.
Jaime Phelps, Harnett Regional Water Customer Service Supervisor and team are happy to launch the WaterSmart portal after working on this project over the course of the last 6 months.
“Our WaterSmart portal will allow customers to better manage their water usage and save money. This portal will provide a better user experience and will explain how water is used in your home. We hope that customers will take advantage of this free service and register today.”
The new portal is now available and can be accessed by visiting: https://hrwnc.watersmart.com/index.php/welcome
Customers will need their customer number and account number from their bill to access their account.
