What to Bring:
- Any supporting documents
- Photos of the interior and exterior of your property
- Comparable sales of similar properties that have sold between 2024-2025
- A recent fee appraisal completed in connection with a recent purchase or refinance
- Professional estimates of structural damage or repairs needed
No appointment necessary | Open to all property owners | If you are unable to attend, the Tax Department is open Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or you may call the office at 910-893-7520
All property appeals are due by May 8th at 5:00pm
