Dedication for the Charter of Freedom

We are pleased to announce that Harnett County Veterans Park has been selected as the official site for Foundation Forward’s Charters of Freedom display in Harnett County. This distinguished installation will feature permanent replicas of the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Civil Rights Amendments.
We invite you to join us for the dedication ceremony and be part of this meaningful addition to our community.
