In observance of Labor Day, Harnett County offices, landfills, and convenience centers will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026. The libraries will also be closed on Saturday, September 5, 2026 for the holiday weekend.

The Longleaf Pine restoration project at Anderson Creek County Park is approximately 50% complete. In coming weeks, visitors may notice machinery and changes to the landscape as restoration work continues to progress.

November – March (during EST): 730 AM – 6 PM

March (at beginning of DST)- May: 730 AM - 8 PM

June - July: 730 AM - 9 PM

August – November (until end of DST): 730 AM – 8PM
